Hello fellow homebrewers,
Have been all grain brewer for about a year know. Have slowly acumalated and advanced my methods, yet to enter the lagering world but we will see how that comes along in the future. I enjoy the process and sipping on a good cold brew. Currently have on keg (hefeweizen, centennial amber, red kolsch), bottled- Dead guy clone, Nut Brown, scotch ale, fat tire clone. In ferm chamber, cream ale. Future brews ESB, Vanilla burboun porter and what ever I have a taste for. I look forward to lending and learning from the homebrewtalk forums.
