LOL...this could'a gone badly I guess. I 'assumed' that fermentation was over and I had watched to make sure the stopper didn't get blown out over a couple days.
This test batch had been stoppered up about a week ago, this is a bit of foam. Good thing my curiosity is stronger than my forget about it'ness.
