I am brewing a wheat beer now and cant seem to find my Cascade hops anywhere. The only thing I have lying around are some Willamette. Any idea what I should do? I know the pairing doesnt make much sense but I'm kind of in a bind. Should I scratch the brew day and do it at another point? Using a Hefe Yeast....

I think Willamette is actually a better choice with the hefeweizen yeast. I say go for it, but recalculate the expected IBUs from the AA on the Willamette first to see if you need to change the amount.

Agreed if it's a German hefe that's probably a better choice. If you were aiming for an American wheat with cascade character you could always use willamette in the boil today and get some cascade for dry hopping.
