LOVE the Loose Cannon. On tap it is even better.
On Tap: Lake Walk Pale Ale -- Eternity (Raspberry Stout) -- Nutrocker -- Donnybrook Dark
Primary: Lake Walk Pale Ale
Secondary: Summit IPA
Up Next: Smoked Porter -- Pub Ale -- Watermelon Wheat

oster99 asked my about my recipe and I thought it would be more appropriate to put it in a old Loose Cannon thread in the recipe section. Thanks to Dude and Boston for posting their recipes which helped me to formulate mine. This was a definite crowd pleaser.

Just found this at my local liquor store. it's currently chilling in the fridge for later consumption.

I look forward to the hoppy aroma I'm hearing about, but what worries me is that the "brewery fresh" date on the bottle is marked "Feb '10" so I'm wondering how much the hop flavor has faded out from a year of bottle conditioning.

as I was afraid of, there's not much hop aroma at all and just a little bit of a hoppy flavor. with a nicely malted backbone.

not bad at all, but i was hoping for more citrusness
