I just harvested my hops today, but I didn't have a chance to put them in the dehydrator. How long do I have b4 I have to dry them? I just put then uncovered in the fridge for the night

Optimally, you start as soon as you've stripped the cones.
The longer you hold off the greater the chance for mildew or mold to form.
So, the sooner the better.

I harvested ~12.5 wet pounds of Centennial late Thursday afternoon and spent 6 hours stripping the cones before firing up the oast at 2am...

Cheers!

So can it wait until tomorrow? And should I take it out of the fridge?

Stripping the cones? This is my first harvest, what is that?

I'm not sure either way about the fridge overnight. To some extent it'll pull some moisture out if you left the hops exposed and not tightly bagged.

But I'd definitely not leave them there tomorrow. Spread them out on some newspaper in a room that gets warm, if nothing else...

Cheers!
