I have a 50b sack open (uncrushed) stored for 2.5 months in a hot humid garage... Looks fine but what do you guys think? Still ok to brew with?

Taste it. If it tastes stale or "off", then it's no good. If it tastes good, then it's fine.

roomate and i just tasted it. Taste slightly less crunchy a tad bit stale...

Damn i brewed a whole batch last week with it... hope it's ok..

While this beer likely won't win any awards, I doubt there will be anything "bad" about it....beer is pretty resilient.

Don't worry about it, just learn and move on.

I keep grain in buckets with probably not airtight lids for a year + and so far so good. Also in a muggy, and sometimes hot basement.

Buy a couple 5 gal buckets and Gamma Seal lids for storage, or some of those airtight pet food containers. A small investment to make your grain stay fresh much longer.

I use the gamma seal lids, and they work great. Probably the cheapest way to store bulk grain. I'm currently using 8 buckets/gamma seal lids! A Home Depot orange bucket and a gamma seal lid stores about 22 lbs. of grain, in my experience. So basically once I open a sack and use a few pounds in a recipe, I can split the remainder between 2 buckets.
