I've got a few batches of sweet mead under my belt now and the wife wants me to do something fruity. I've settled on either a blueberry, cherry, or cranberry melomel to do.

Does anyone have any suggestions or good recipes? Will do a 1 gallon batch for now. Thanks!

Here's a radical idea: make a 3.5 gallon batch (the extra half us for racking losses) and when it comes time to rack the first tine, rack a gallon onto each of your fruits.
It's what I'd do in your shoes anyway.

hmmm.... maybe... just maybe you're onto something here.. lol
