Default Sanke Kegs

i was just thinking about commercial sanke kegs and putting home brew in them.

would it be possible to bleed all the Co2 off a sanke hook up a sanke tap with the air side open, then pressure fill homebrew in to the keg?

i dont brew 15 gallon batches and only use the soda kegs but was just wondering if this would work or if any one had tried it?

Just take the valve out. You need to clean and sanitise the keg before you put your nice clean beer in there

It's pretty easy to do, and I think somone even posted a movie on how to do it.
