I gathering ingredients for my next beer and it's going to be a stout after watching some Chop & Brew. I'm having trouble finding some ingredients and understanding the hop additions. Here's the link to the recipe:

Where do you find Patagonia C 190? I've never heard of it and can't find it on NB or AHB.
What about the hop additions? Dawson states he went with a 1:1:2 ratio for the additions, but he lists four different hops instead of three.
