Well Meeklo came over for us to start my first AG.... Meeklo has many AG brews under his belt..... We have just mashed in and are waiting the hour to sparge..... More later.....

The recipe is as follows:

Well finished it dropped the starter about 2 hours ago.... OG was 1.046 72% effeciency that isnt bad considering it was my first AG but Meeklo had done plenty so I had an advantage.....

It was mostly grains that I had here from doing partial mash batches.....

Started planning the next one before the first started to push CO2 out of the air lock.....
