Hello,
New user - first time post.
My friend and I are brewing 22.5 litres of beer at the moment and are just at the stage where we're going to barrel the lot. The beer is going to be used at a BBQ we're having in about 5 weeks time. We expect the beer to go at the BBQ so don't think we'll need to add any more C02 but we do want to try the beer before the day. Our question is this:
" If we open the tap the day before the BBQ and had a quick try of the beer will this cause the beer to go flat in the subsequent hours?!"
Thanks - be gentle!
