Default Everyones Favorite Brew!

Just asking around to find out if you could brew something that you have already done and really loved what would it be.

I could drink ordinary bitter every day. For the sake of variety, I haven't brewed it again, but will probably do another bitter of some sort soon. I'm saving my pennies to go to the UK and drink the stuff on cask, and maybe see some sights along the way.
