I racked a wheat ale onto the the peach puree into the secondary? Im just curious if you have to stir or just rack and leave it?
 
1. The longer the beer sits on the puree, the more flavor you get. I've had my beers in a secondary with puree for a few weeks and still here a "glug" now and then,

2. When you rack it for bottling, be aware there sill be a thick layer of sludge. My strong suggestion is to minimize how much sludge you rack over.
