Recent feedback I got on a few beers I sent in to competitions were that they were "grainy". Not sure what that means, what's causing it and how to fix. Any one have any feedback they can provide would be helpful.
 
I typically just use bottles water.

Ok. That doesn't help much, as bottled water can vary a lot in minerals and alkalinity depending on it's source. If you can find a water report for your bottled water supplier, please post it here.

As said previously, we also need to see your recipe and the process you used for brewing the batches in question. The more detail you can provide, the fewer additional questions we will have to ask you.
