I've been doing one brew each week on my day off... yesterday I did Caribou Slobber from nb... all went smooth.

Next week will be my first bottling day (ahs double choc. stout)...

One more month and my pipeline will be running!! :ban:

No real reason for this post other than I'm excited :D

Congrats.

That is the way to do it. Once you have a good pipeline going then waiting for brews to finish and condition is very easy.

If you can bottle on the inside of the dishwasher door it makes clean up much easier, just something I found on HBT that has been very helpful.

Drinking the gravity sample helps with the waiting - you get a preview of what it will taste like. Just don't expect it to be the real thing until it's conditioned.

Be careful with your bottling sugar - don't over do it. Also weight is more accurate than volume for measuring sugar.
