I was wondering if anyone else has this book, or has heard of it. I got a copy for x-mas, and made my first recipe from it today. Pork chops with with BBQ sauce. Came out very nicely.
For those who haven't heard of the book, its all about pairing craft beer with food. About half of the book talks about efforts that are put together by restaurants and breweries around the country, and the other half is recipes.
I definitely plan on making the chocolate cake come April when it becomes time to crack open a bottle of World Wide Stout. Its a very cool book for anyone interested.
