My girlfriend and i bottled my first batch of Homebrew on saturday.... I dont understand why everybody says that they hate bottling so much, I didnt think it was that bad at all. Sure cleaning all the bottles is a bit of a task but thats where my girlfriend comes in . Overall everything went really smooth, but we did have one bottle break while capping it just busted off the top half inch of the bottle or so. I also added some pure vanilla extract to the last 12 bottles cant wait to see how those beers age!

Sanitizing is faster in the oven. I just turn it on to 350 F and throw in the bottles. Half an hour later, sanitized bottles!
