Default Best way to learn about types of grains..?

As I made a newbie ordering mistake ( EdW Haus Ale, wanted Crystal 10L, ordered Munich 10L -big dif.?), I realized I need to know more about the different types of grains.

What would be the best way to go about that?

Wiki has a grain section, of course (no entry for Munich?)

Could grains be compared or classified in a table form/?

- Uh, I just got Palmer's book, need to poke at it and see what' s there..

Both great answers, thanks

Could there be a link to the chart under "Articles in category "Grain"', perhaps?
the path leading the the wiki chart is not obvious.

I added the chart to the category and also linked in the Specific Grains and Malts section.
