Default What is considered Cellar Temp.?

I am working on some English style beers and they all say serve at Cellar temp. What is the average Cellar Temp?

Basically ground temperature, which varies from 52-56F.

I try to keep everything at 52F. Although, as David said, anything up to 56F can be considered cellar temperature.
