Default E.W's Haus Pale Ale

Who thinks that Edworts Haus Pale would make a good black and tan under a Guiness clone ? I've got a batch of stout bubbling as I type and thought-MMMM Black and Tan MMMMM .Problem is I've got the grains on hand to make the HPA and not a Bass clone. Oh EdWort...... What do you say ?? Shane

Been there, done that, with the haus pale under the guinness clone from the BYO 150 clone recipes issue. It was quite tasty.

I haven't done it but I've tasted the Pale Ale and I think it'd work...

Gonna brew a pale(no pun intended) in the next few days-it should be ready round about the same time as the stout... I'll let everybody know how it works.

I'm salivating already......
