Default Jumping In!

Hi, y'all!

Well, after much hem hawing and forum reading, I finally ordered my first home brew kit. It's the "Everything" kit from Northwest Supplies. I'll be making an extract Irish Stout using a homemade starter and will secondary in a locally purchased glass carboy.

Great site here! I like how its laid out with FAQs and stickies.

Thanks! Is it really an addiction if I don't do it any more than I have to do it?

Get back to us once you see your first fermentation taking place and have tried your first homebrew.
