Spot on, both counts. I carb to around 1.5 volumes with CO2 then dispense with 75/25 beergas at 40psi. I keep an imperial chocolate stout on tap and while it was always wonderful
carbed to around 2.3 volumes and dispensed with straight CO2, the stout faucet on high pressure beer gas is a whole 'nuther sensory experience.
A short pour kicks my @ss to bed every night without fail...
