Default Help me decide what to put on tap next.

I have boheman pilzner and a chocolate stout.
What should I put on tap to compliment the holidays?

I would go for something hoppy. Maybe a nice red or an IPA.

EDIT: I beat the poll....ummm...probably go imperial red. You already have stout and and nothing hoppy. Second choice would be the pale.

Imperial Red. Something like Ray's beer, but bigger...

This is that very same beer I brewed for YI! It's been conditioning since 11/9.
Chock full of Simcoe hops!

This is the perfect time of year for a Robust Porter, but if that's not your cup o' tea then go with something hopped up - hopped up is always good in my book.

It started at 1.074 and finished at 1.014
Doah....the chocolate stout option should say imperial stout.
BTW All these beers are ready to drink.

I think hoppy to go next to the stout and the pils. That beer should have great balance, too.... so, when are we all getting drunk and crashing at your house?
