With the expected hop shortage for 2008 and 2009, this is a tough one to swing, but it is well worth it - it is a flavor hop bomb. It is a scaled down version of my IPA recipe made with the same bittering technique recommended by Jamil - get most of your IBUs from massive late hop additions instead of full boil hops. This beer (as well as my IPA which I actually prefer to this) is for the true hop lover - just read Beerswap III comments from O Flannagain, uwjester, and eriktlupus.
