I don't worry too much about it. I do have a seperate bottling bucket, siphon and hoses. I usually do brett beers in glass so the fermenters are easy to clean and sanitize.
Brett is not some super bug, so with good cleaning and using Starsan you are good. If you want some great info on brett, look up the Chad Yacobson youtube videos. He mentions that it is easy to kill just like sach.
