On the home page there is an advertisment for this product, says $90 for first 1000 free shipping. When I go to click on the ad it takes me to an odd page that doesnt seem to work fully. When I look them up in the sponsors list there is no web page listed.
Any ideas about what is up with this product and or ad?
thank you so much

Same manufacturers as the FastRack. Good to go. Looks like it will be shipping in August. If my basement stayed cool enough I'd get a couple at that price

I was actually thinking about a stainless steel conical and this is much less expensive, however the wall rack thing wouldn't work for me because I need to keep my fermenters in my Cool Brewing Fermentation Cooler and I'm not sure how I'd do that without some legs, or whether this conical would even fit, plus I've heard if you have a lot of hops and trub it could clog. I am interested though because I'd love to dump my yeast and hop dust before bottling so I could get clear beer, and I think a conical would do a better job than racking.

I previously did some research on the V-vessel. Do a search on youtube for the v-vessel and there are a couple of nice videos.
It sounds like they made some improvments to the orginal design.

I might get one but I'd need to see it in action first. Their youtube video of a dude talking in front of an empty conical will not cut it. At least fill it with water so we know it can hold the weight for four minutes.

What I'm thinking of doing is rigging up a rolling scaffold in the fermentation fridge so the conical can slide out like a drawer. Not sure how stable that'll be with 6 gallons of beer in it.

But how exactly are you supposed to fill this thing and then lift it up to align it onto the bracket when it's such an awkward shape?

The only way I could use this in Texas is if I build a walk-in fermentation chamber/beer cellar. I don't have the cash for that kind of project.

What I could see working is if you built a self-standing A-frame to hold it up.

I have about 10 vessels that I can ferment in. All are plastic and I bought a few on a 2 for one plan. So I have about $15 on average per.. If I went with these nice v-vessel fermenters it would be near $1000 not to mention finding a way to control the temperatures.

I like the looks but they are not in my budget/plans.

As others have said, its nice but the wall mount is unrealistic for almost every real life situation.

We need temperature control, what am i supposed to mount this to the backside of my fermentation fridge?

Building a structure to support it and wheel it around is another 50+ bucks in metal at least, plus construction time...

I have fermented in my old basement because it maintains a constant 63ish degrees year round so when I was still living there it would have been perfect because the room itself is temperature controlled...that's not an option right now but for people that may just ferment in a basement it would be perfect
