Four weeks ago I brewed a batch of Brewhouse Pale Ale. The OG was 1.050, and I just used the included Coopers Dry Yeast. The temp in my room was consistently 20 degrees Celsius. Today I took a reading, and the gravity is 1.016.

This seems a little high to me. If my hydrometer reads 1.016 for the next day or two, should I be good to bottle? I am worried about the fermentation being "stuck".

Cheers

I did take a hydrometer reading and take into account temperature. The instructions with the kit were very vague about the FG as the same instructions come with every kit. It just said the FG should be somewhere below 1.020
