Does anybody know of any sort of database or list of og/fg's of actual real beers, Trappist in particular?

Not that I've ever seen or heard of. Save for the specific beer's PDF file.

This is probably as close as you can get. Not really a databse, but a list of styles with OG listed for each style.

Brew Like a Monk has the OG and ABV of most if not all the Trappist beers. From there you can calculate FG. Considering your screen name, you should have this book. Old sock wrote a nice review of the book here.
