In case you were wondering what 8oz of cocoa powder does:



There is almost a gallon of trub there. I filtered before pouring it in to the primary too!

Mmmmmm, chocolate yeast! Did you add the powder at flameout?

Yup. It clumped a bit but with a bit of stirring completely dissolved.
