Add all LME, DME and sugars at 15 minutes.

I did not actually add any lemon peel or grains of paradise when I brewed this but I pitched it on a WLP400 cake from a Summer Ale that had both and both of these flavors came through in the finished product.

I am having trouble finding a lot of these ingredients is there a site that you used specifically or just your LHBS?

The Grains (seeds) of Paradise, lemon, orange and coriander should all be at your lhbs. If not, the big box online stores carry them (AHB, NB, etc.).

Seems like forever ago when I made this beer. I'll have to admit that I was a bit of a noob when I threw all this stuff together, but it did turn out to be one tasty beer.

Keep in mind though, that it's not really a holiday beer as the style is widely thought of. It's more of an Imperial Belgian Wit. I called it Jingle Hell because of the light color and big alcohol.
