Here's mine. I went with Synergy Metal Working's brew stand. Converted my keggles with the help of Bobby from Brewhardware.com.

The grain mill platform is off on the left side, fermentation chamber kegerator on far right and just to the left of it is the serving kegerator.

Keep in mind this is still in mock-up stage. He still has to put ball valves in his kettles, run his hoses etc. He's planning both valves, sight glass and thermometers on his kettles. I'm not sure if he's finished completely with his self mounts yet either. He just wanted to show me where he was headed with this rig.

Details:
- an Arduino controlled (Pano-Matti) heating + volumes (flow meter now, scale to be added for the BK)
- Fully automatic mash time/temperature control
- CFC-HERMS
- 2 pumps, one for the HERMS. A bigger one for HERMS-CFC-heating, same pump takes care of the whirlpool as well.
- Pumped whirlpool with "conical" BK, no filtering needed, just hops in a bag
- 3kW (2*1,5kW = works on normal 10A (230) socket) BK with stepless power control
- 2kW HLT, that is used for the CFC-HERMS + sparge water + cleaning water
- A lot of brass fittings and 2nd hand stuff

First stage of my Wallace-style build. Next stage is to get some pumps running, and then eventually get some temperature control working.

Had an old control panel running this system but I decided
to order Kal's 50 amp back to back panel. Should be getting that soon.

It works great. It's 6 in. line and the fan is 400 CFM. The intake is right above the kettle so it evacuates any steam quick.

This is my FINALLY finished electric brew system and brew sculpture. Don't fret your little face....everything is GFCI protected my friends. PRetty awesome though with the 5500w element, got my strike water from nearly freezing in my garage to temp in less than 20 minutes....just insane for a 11 gallon batch. (Oh yeah, sorry for the Vikings playing on my laptop...haters)
