Fermented (or hard) cider usually tastes tart and dry until you modify it.

yep, should be extremely dry, the alcohol and water will be prevelant. Might get a little apple taste in the background. A lot of folks back sweeten it with splenda or mix with apple juice when drinking.

No need to get fussy, just bump the thread if you don't get an answer.
