This is the steam generator and injector part of my kit.
It is controlled by a PID controller, switching the mains solenoid valve you will see.
A mash stirrer is used inside the tun when in use.

Nice!, at some point could you take a photo of the mash stirrer? I'd like to see how you worked that out. How well are you able to maintain the desired mash temp?

I would be intrested in the mash stirrer as well, I want to build one. I was thinking of going the SS route on all my equipment. I want to convert a corney to generate steam, hoping to do 10 gallon batches in a converted/insulated keg

Hey, nice piece of kit! It looks like you have some serious steam output there! Have you tried it out yet? I will be really curious to hear how the whole system works.
