I'm not sure if this is the right place but I haven't been able to find any information about my particular situation anywhere.
As the title says, I have the MB Mexican Cerveza kit that comes with four pre-filled bottles that you add yeast to and let ferment.
The problem is that when I opened them to add the yeast and start the process, the bottles start fizzing over like crazy.
I called a few kit stores and they said this usually happens AFTER the beer had been made, not BEFORE you start making it.
Any input on what's going on our what I should do?
