Beautiful beer, only been bottled for a week but tastes amazing. The nose is of dank pine, citrus, and slight bitter chocolate. Hops hit you first in the taste, clean but firm with a smooth bitterness and silky back end with a touch of roast. Very good beer, I will be entering this beer in a competition in March, will post the results and later tasting notes.

Few notes from fellow beer nerd buddies, "Piney aroma, great smooth roasty after taste, perfect body, not too thick or thin, slight spicy hop taste." "Great citrus/pine aroma, smooth and consistent hop bitterness with a perfect amount of roast at the end. Very well done".

I've been a longtime fan of Black IPAs and I have to ask, how's the midnight wheat?

Here's my grain bill that I've honed in over the past couple brews of it:

2 row
caramel 40
carapils
carafa II
roasted barley

and I'm looking for more ways to experiment with, have always been curious about midnight wheat. Glad it turned out for ya!
