20 minutes: 1/2 oz. East Kent Goldings (7.2)

Irish Moss

This is a very easy beer to make, and dangerously easy to drink. It goes down quite easy and has a nice bitterness level with a pleasant light fruitiness. Malt and yeast qualities dominate the nose, with little to no noticeable hop aroma. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. This is one of those "you can't have just one" beers.
"So you say you just brewed your first batch of beer. Welcome to the obsession." --me, to every first time brewer I ever meet.
