Default MGD sorta

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: American Lager
Yeast Starter: 1 liter
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.048
Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 13
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 3
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 18
Additional Fermentation: 18
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 18
Tasting Notes: like MGD just a little light color

6 pounds 2 row
3 pounds flaked corn
5 ozs 10l crystal
infusion mash, 132 rest for 30 minutes and 154 for 50
cask conditioned with corn sugar
18 days primary
18 days secondary
18 days lagering
18 days conditioning
saaz hops .75 oz at 60 and .5 oz at 10
wirlflock
after the primary, capture some yeast and store in the refrigerator, when racking into a keg pitch this yeast to help cask conditioning
