I like the looks of this recipe. I wanna do something a bit different than my Nierra Sevada again.

I have a ton of Nugget hops and they look to be a suitable substitute for Warrior..(course, I couldn't call it Warrior PA then could I).

Bobby, is this a tried and true in you book? Anyone else sampled this recipe.

I'm plugging in to Beersmith as we speak.

I had this and the American Amber and I liked this one better. The hop profile was right up my alley...

I tend to pour this one more than anything else so I know it's probably going to kick by this Sunday's brew session. Go for it. Only thing I'd do different is increase the aroma addition to 2 oz or dryhop with 1oz cascade. It needs a little more nose.

This was my first all grain attempt, I did a 5 gallon version and switched the Marris Otter with 2-row. I also dry hopped with 2 oz. of cascade.

That being said this beer turned out very good, better then any of my extract attempts. Has a good sweet caramel taste to it, and the warrior hops are so distinct, but not overpowering. The addition of the dry hopping put a great aroma to it.
So thanks bobby for the great recipe.
