I'm a new brewer I have been making the muntons kits for a while. I am about to bottle a 5 gallon batch of American lager and I saw some people talk about using honey instead of cs at bottling. I'm concerned about blowing up my bottles or having the opposite effect and having low carbonation. Does anyone have any tips on how much honey I should use or maybe use half and half?
