1 oz. Fuggles (5.3%) at 55 minutes
1 oz. Fuggles (5.3%) at 20 minutes
Mash at 148 deg F for 75 minutes
Ferment for three weeks around 68 deg F.
Carbonated in keg with corn sugar (1.64 oz. for 2.1 volumes) for three weeks.
