Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 15.9
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 11
Tasting Notes: Slight caramel flavour

BIAB 60 min mash

10lbs 2 row
8oz Crystal 40L
4oz Roasted Barley(500 SRM)
0.5oz EKG 60 mins
1oz EKG 30 mins

I'm considering brewing this for a St. Paddy's day party we have every year. How did this turn out? Also how was the color? I know using roasted barley can darken the beer a little bit.

Sorry i have been busy. This turned out good.. Was a little darker than i would have liked but was still a dark, wine like red. What info do u need electrolight? Oh i used Wyeast Irish yeast as well.
