Default HBT App: Converting to Tapatalk

I wanted eveyone to know we will be converting to a branded Tapatalk app.

There will still be a HomeBrewTalk branded application, however instead of being a branded ForumRunner one, we will be using Tapatalk as the backend. There is no need to go and download Tapatalk, just update the HomeBrewTalk application you have now and it will work just fine.

I think I like the Tapatalk version slightly better now that I'm used to it. I especially like that it loads links to other threads in the forum inside the app unlike the old iPhone app which loaded links to other threads in Safari.

Do you have an ETA for the Android app?

That is the #1 annoyance using the app. Good to know that it works better in the new software

The main thing is people freak when something changes. My local group uses Tapatalk for our forum so I am used to it.

There may be a problem with the update. Every time I download it to my iPhone everything changes to Portuguese and I cannot log in or change it to English.

Geez, Tx, who'd you hire to set this thing up, Kathleen Sebelius?
