Default yet another Imperial Stout

I admit I have a problem -

I did an all-grain Russian Imperial Stout yesterday. I did 18 gallons but will post a 6 gallon recipe below. I brewed a slight variation/stronger version of the 8-8-8 recipe. I also lowered the IBUs so it should be more of a chocolate and dried cherry kind of tone. The whole day was smooth and nice. I was drinking the first of a chile beer I have just made and it was really what the doctor ordered! I am going to bottle this batch and lay it away for a rainy day.

i'm guessing this is your favourite style of beer? i've never had one before but im guessing a little stronger and more bitter than a guinness foreign export?

Very Nice! I'd also be intersted it the recipe for that chile beer if you felt like posting it.
I plan on living forever. So far, so good! - unknown.

Brewpastor, what's the oldest personally homebrewed RIS you've had/have? I am well aware of their great aging potential, but do they keep improving 5-10-15 years and on, or tend to level out somewhere in there?
My "Dark Night of the Soul" of yours is on the 2 per year schedule(in bombers), so it should last 10+ years. But I need to brew more.
