Recipe Type: All Grain    Yeast: WY3711    Yeast Starter: Mp    Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: WLP644 Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trois    Batch Size (Gallons): 6    Original Gravity: 1.062    Final Gravity: 1.004    IBU: 118    Boiling Time (Minutes): 90    Color: 4.0    Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2 Days at 68 then raise to 75    Additional Fermentation: WLP644 Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trois added at bottle conditioning    Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days    Tasting Notes: Nice Citrus aroma and strong hop flavor
This may not look like a typical IPA but it is really good. Shoot for a FG lower than 1.004 .The cedar and 3711 do a nice job of showing off the hops and not overpowering them.
The dry finish and crisp flavor from the hops make this a beer that's hard to put down. The cedar spirals are sourced from the barrelmill.com you will have to call as they don't display them on there website.

Edited a little. My hydrometer was off a little. It looks like this did finish at 1.004 like it was supposed to.

Do you know someone from the brewery? Those exact gram measurements seem a little batty.
On that note. I look forward to rounding these numbers out and brewing this up. Thx!

Cheers.

No, I don't. I have just always used grams on hop measurements. Let me know how it turns out.
