I'm thinking about making a Baltic Porter (I want to pitch onto my California Lager yeast cake), is a baltic porter recipe generally the same as other porters, but with the lager yeast? It looks like some people use a lot of Munich malt also.

A Baltic Porter often has the malt flavors reminiscent of an English brown porter and the restrained roast of a schwarzbier, but with a higher OG and alcohol content than either. Very complex, with multi-layered flavors.
