I'm missing something here...
1 can light malt
1lb light dried malt extract
1lb amber dried malt extract
1lb of brown sugar
steeping grains : roasted barley, dark crystal
then some sort of english ale yeast (havent figured that out either)
I'm going to crack and roast some hazelnuts and throw them in as well.
What else do y'all think I should be adding in? Any suggestions on the yeast? Changes you'd make?
