Default Taps sticking

I have a dual tap tower running Rootbeer and Cream soda. After sitting for a bit the taps stick pretty good. Anything I can do to prevent this?

They're "forward-sealing" which means there isn't liquid sitting in the faucet to dry out and get sticky.
