HOP HOARDING!!!

my LHBS is going out of business, so they're having a 15% off liquidation sale. along with a few new books, random malts, and some odds and ends i now have the following in my freezer.

WHOLE LEAF HOPS:
Amarillo 6oz
Cascade 7oz
Centennial 13oz
Chinook 3oz
Columbus 2oz
Crystal 4oz
Fuggles, US 12oz
Goldings, US 8oz
Hallertauer, US 4oz
Hallertauer, GER 13oz
Magnum 4oz
Mt. Hood 4oz
Northern Brewer 10oz
Nugget 2oz
Perle 4oz
Simcoe 2oz
Willamette 6oz
LEAF TOTAL 6lbs, 8oz

PELLET HOPS:
Chinook 2oz
EKG 11oz
Mt. Hood 4oz
Saaz 4oz
Styrian Goldings 6oz
PELLET TOTAL 1lb, 13oz

TOTAL 8lbs, 5oz

Who thinks this is just a little OCD? I DO, I DO! these numbers do include a couple lbs i already had. considering the volume i brew and type of beers i like, i'll certainly use this supply within a year. the only problem is that with all these hops, combined with the cooler for yeast storage, my freezer has no room for food!!
