Default Need Cascade recipes.

I know I haven't been on here much, but wanted to see what all grain recipes you guys have collected using only cascade hops. A co-worker harvested a full pound for me, and I'm trying to figure out what to do. Figure the best way would some cascade only pale ales and CPAs.

Yooper's Pale Ale. I've made it a few times. Comes out just right. All Cascade.

I make a Cream Ale that I can't keep in the fridge - Everyone around here seems to drink it up about as fast as I can make it. Nothing but Cascade hops.

Domestic 2 Row - 8 lbs.
Carapils - 8 oz.
Flaked Corn - 2 lbs.

Cascade (60 min) 1.5 oz.
Cascade (2 min) 1 oz.

American Ale, US-05 or BRY-97 yeast (I prefer the BRY-97)

6.5 gal volume - 60 min. boil
Yield - Approx 5.25 gal.
IBU - 28.4
SRM - 3.2
ABV - 4.3%

This is a slightly "hoppier" version of a recipe I started making some time ago. The original called for only 1 oz. Cascade at the boil. It comes out good but a little maltier. Both recipes turn out a very refreshing beer. Great for a hot afternoon.

Good to know. Deschutes is a great brewery but not as popular as it should be in Missoula since we have so many breweries within 2 hours of here.
