Looks like hop rafts to me.

Does it smell weird?

I see a ring of hops junk on the side of the bucket in your pic...so I think it's just hops. Give it a taste and that will tell you.

Yeast rafts tinted by hop leftovers. The swirling up & down action of fermentation stirs up chunks of settled yeast off the bottom.

Had an amber ale that looked almost identical...Wasn't infected
